 2. Products & Services Cactus Electronics provides wire harnesses, connectors, custom cables, overmolded products, industrial enclosures, and related components. All products are for industrial and commercial use only. 

 3. Orders & Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. 

 4. Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in the currency stated on the website and may change without notice. Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before production or shipment begins. 

 5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. 

 6. Custom Products Custom-designed products, including custom wire harnesses and connectors, are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production has started.

 7. Warranty Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period stated at the time of order. Misuse, improper installation, and normal wear and tear are not covered. 

 8. Intellectual Property All content, logos, images, text, and product designs on this website are the intellectual property of Cactus Electronics. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. 

 9. Limitation of Liability Cactus Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from product use or installation.
